Custom & Personalized Design Services
For custom or personalized services:

Cancellations are allowed only before work has started.

Once the design process has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.

Any agreed-upon revisions, timelines, and deliverables will be communicated before the project begins.
In case of unforeseen delays or issues from our side, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
Payments & Transaction Errors

If a payment is made in error or duplicated, please notify us within 24 hours of the transaction.

Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway.
